Non-Refundable Hosting Services: Hosting services are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). Prepaid hosting fees are non-refundable in the event you choose to terminate your hosting account before the end of the billing period. This includes any unused portion of the prepaid term.
- These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
- You may terminate your hosting with us at any time.
- D-Tek Solutions may terminate these Terms and your access to the Website and Services for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, except for those provisions that are expressly stated to survive termination.

D-TEK SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL D-TEK SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF D-TEK SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D-Tek Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Website and Services.
